Construction+, a reputable publication with a focus on sharing in-depth B2B insights, latest updates and project news in the construction industry across Asia, has published a case study of the Arbor restaurant in Central, Hong Kong – a project which ISG was appointed by Gourmet Dining Group Limited to deliver the high-end interior fit out and completed in March 2018.
The 2,600 sq ft French restaurant was designed by Yabu Pushelberg, a well-known Canadian design firm, with a concept of evocation of a traditional French home ambience. Both local and imported materials were deployed for furnishing the restaurant with aesthetic finishes.
Featuring a custom-made 700 sq ft wine cellar to house a storage and display of over 1,700 exclusive wine bottles, ISG team strived to fit the stringent requirements to control temperature for wine preservation at optimum conditions.
The project required high quality of works and bespoke design for the fine dining restaurant and ISG delivered the job within a fast-tracked programme of 16 weeks with desirable outcomes and recognition from the customer.
