Mark Osborne is the operations director of ISG in Hong Kong and has been a pioneer member of ISG since its inception in Asia in 1999.
Mark is a professional and reputable business leader with over 40 years of experience in the construction industry.
Trained in naval architecture, Mark first joined the construction industry in the UK, where he delivered large-scale and high-profile projects in both government and private sectors, including a unique portfolio of warships and passenger liners.
Mark’s leadership and depth of expertise has seen him led some of the most challenging technical schemes, mission critical facilities, historic buildings, high-end hospitality and also alterations and additions works within an occupied, multi-storey commercial developments.
Mark’s significant contribution includes aligning our Hong Kong business operations to global standards - embedding consistent work processes with an absolute focus to deliver high-quality project outcome and customer satisfaction.
Mark continues to be the driving force of ISG’s quality management systems; ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001, ensuring consistent, reliable and sound delivery processes for our projects.
Mark believes that our customer experience programme can truly differentiate ISG in the marketplace, and strives to drive key improvements to provide exceptional services for our customers. He values teamwork and is an advocate of best practice, with a particular focus on precise-planning.
Occupational health and safety is his absolute priority, and his ambition is to position ISG as the leading main contractor with the best health and safety standards in Hong Kong.
Outside work, Mark enjoys spending time with his family and his dogs, and sometimes he plays guitar. He is also a talented chef who enjoys cooking diverse cuisine for his friends and family in his spare time. Mark’s good time management enables him to maintain good work-life balance.
