ISG transformed the Oi Suen restaurant on the third level of the prestigious Hong Kong Jockey Club Sha Tin Clubhouse into the club’s premiere Chinese dining choice. The restaurant, which offers views of the racecourse, was rebuilt and reopened in just six weeks during the horse racing off-season.

In order to complete the fit out within the challenging schedule, ISG’s project team implemented a 24-hour around-the-clock schedule to meet the desired turnover date. High-end finishes, including custom stone, wood, glass, and metal, were carefully installed through exceptional coordination. The project included the complete demolition of the existing restaurant, installation of new kitchen equipment, new windows and all new high-end finishes throughout the newly constructed restaurant that included new VIP rooms, lobby upgrades, betting counters and noodle bar.
