Introduction

The transformation of the previously tired and dated real estate into a vibrant Grade A building saw ISG deliver a major development upgrade in 24 weeks and three significant phases - fit out works, A&A and exterior works to the ground level. The highly technical project involved an extensive upgrade of its existing building services, structural modifications for lift installations, reconfiguration of car park spaces, redecoration and interior fit out of common areas, and a major replacement of building services systems that have deteriorated over two decades. The interior fit out of The Mark saw the team deliver flexible office spaces that have been designed to help people and businesses to thrive, providing future-proof solutions to allow for easy expansion according to the needs of each tenant.

The project

To create an agile working environment for tenants, the building is also equipped with a semi-open plan breakout and collaborative area, WiFi-enabled hot desks, meeting rooms, and storage spaces. The creation of these separate spaces within the building provides the opportunity for tenants to maximise the use of their rented office space. Built in accordance to sustainability standards, the building was awarded with a BEAM Plus by the Hong Kong Green Building Council.
