This major office project comprised four floors of trading capability totalling over 1,000 active positions, two hospitality floors comprising 5-star client-reception, dining and conferencing, as well as staff amenity and training facilities, and ten general office floors.
As a response to the construction pressures and complexity, ISG provided a specialist Construction Management Team with particular expertise in sophisticated M&E and critical systems. This team scheduled and planned the project to enable a rolling sequence of mini-project deliveries, within the Bank’s migration deadlines.
The project was a major success, reflecting well upon the entire team. Every sub-project and floor-handover was achieved on schedule, client move-ins were achieved on time without exception, and despite the on-going construction, disruption to the business units were kept to an absolute minimum.
