Introduction

Arbor is an elegantly relaxing fine dining destination designed by internationally renowned firm of Yabu Pushelberg, providing innovative French cuisine masterminded by Chef de Cuisine Eric Räty, a rising star from Finland's pristine environment with rich fine dining experience from across the world, who will create a unique gastronomy journey through nature with premium, seasonal ingredients from Japan.

The project

ISG was appointed to deliver the interior fit out of the top-tier restaurant, which spans an area of approximately 2,600 sq ft. We created an elegantly crafted bar, exclusive dining area for 70 persons and a fully operational kitchen. The restaurant was designed by a world-renowned interior design firm, Yabu Pushelberg.

The new venue posed an interesting challenge to our team, which involved the installation of a custom-made 700 sq ft wine cellar to house a storage and showcase display of over 1,700 exclusive wine bottles. The team worked to stringent requirements to ensure optimum cooling measures and climate attributes to preserve the wine collection at optimum conditions.

Working with a dedicated kitchen vendor, our team was also responsible for the full fit out and installation of kitchen specialist equipment including cocktail station, hot water heaters, ovens, combi steamer, chillers, etc.

The project required high-specification and bespoke design expected for an upscale dining venue, finished with premium quality and fine details. ISG delivered the job within a fast-tracked programme of 16 weeks, and achieved high customer satisfaction at handover.
