In October 2007, ISG was awarded the Management Contractor contract for the lounge renovation project for United Airlines at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA).

Similar to other fit out works within one of the world’s busiest airports, the works were carried out under the high restrictions set by the HKIA Authority in terms of access and noise control. Phasing was another challenge as the services of the existing facilities to the end users had to be maintained. The ISG team worked very closely with the client to ensure the tight construction schedule was met effectively. After almost four months of site works, the project was completed on time in February 2008. The client was delighted with the workmanship as well as the management provided throughout the project.
