Overview

The ISG team collaborated closely with Miu Miu on the design as the concept drawings and renderings were produced in Italy. All of the construction and detail drawings were produced in house by an ISG team of designers. This included the rear storefront with backlit signage, display windows and the signature green and gold pattern as window film.

ISG worked with Miu Miu’s Italian-based vendors to ensure the successful delivery of stone, carpet, lighting and millwork to the jobsite, requiring careful coordination. The project team overcame significant challenges, including the sourcing of local materials to match the design intent improving the project schedule and reducing cost, as well as coordinating new MEP systems within the ceiling space.

The team managed the project in an occupied shopping centre, maintaining a strictly monitored work schedule and without disruptions to occupants.
